Kyrie Irving can be considered a controversial person. He often makes headlines for his controversial posts on social media. This resulted in him being suspended by the Brooklyn Nets for sharing a documentary on Twitter.
Following the suspension, Irving has limited his use of social media. Nowadays, he isn’t as active on Instagram and Twitter and uses the platforms to remind fans that he is still working to be the best version of himself.
Despite not being active on Instagram, Kyrie Irving’s Instagram account was suspended for reasons unknown to the NBA star. He took to the social media platform using a second account to announce the surprising news to his fans.
“They suspended my @kyrieirving account, idk why, nor do I care to know the reason why,” Irving said. “Tribe My Tribe: Make sure y’all are paying attention to everything that’s going on. Stand firm no matter what.”
Many fans reacted to the news with many believing that it was a coordinated attack against the NBA star. “He don’t even post on there smh they piccin with em smh,” one fan said. While another fan wrote, “The elites have suspend @KyrieIrving account.”
