Lisa Marie Presley’s Death Could Lead To Custody Battle For Twin Daughters

Lisa Marie Presley was famous for being music legend Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley’s daughter as well as for her own music. Unfortunately, Lisa Marie Presley recently passed away after suffering from a cardiac arrest at home. Now it seems more issues could arise following her unfortunate passing.

The passing of Lisa Marie Presley has not only caused immense grief for her loved ones, but it has also raised significant concerns regarding the custody of her twin daughters, potentially leading to a legal battle.

According to TMZ, Michael Lockwood, the father of 14-year-old twins Finley and Harper, will very likely go to court to get full custody of his daughters. In fact, one source stated, “It’ll be a cold day in hell before he gives up custody of those children.”

At the time of Lisa Marie’s death, she had 60% custody of their twins, while he had 40%. It was said that Danny Keough, the ex-husband of Lisa Marie Presley, who was residing with her and their twin daughters at the time of her passing, views himself as a stepfather to the children. There is reportedly significant tension and animosity between Keough and Lisa Marie’s husband Michael Lockwood, leading to speculation that Keough may contest for custody of the children.

Additionally, there is speculation that some family members, such as Riley Keough, the daughter of Lisa Marie and Danny, and Priscilla Presley, may also pursue custody of the twin daughters. The family members are reported to be discussing the possibility of legal battles to gain the custody of the children.

It is to be noted that both girls are old enough, which will certainly add weight to their decision. As fans know by now, Lisa Marie’s divorce from Lockwood was incredibly disturbing, with allegations of drug use and child abuse being the norm.

It was also said that Danny, Michael, the twins and other family members all gathered at Priscilla Presley’s home Thursday night. We will have to wait and see who will end up with full custody of the daughters in the end.
