Drake is a seasoned artist with a strong understanding of his value in the music industry. He has a significant and undeniable impact on the industry, and his influence can be seen throughout his vast discography of timeless and enduring hits that continue to be enjoyed to this day. Therefore, it comes as no surprise he sported some serious bling in his latest music video.
Drizzy is not only one of the most affluent rappers out there – he is also the most generous. Time and time again, the ‘Certified Lover Boy’ hitmaker has given donations and randomly given money to fans.
During the early hours of January 17th, Drake released the visuals for one of his solo tracks off of Her Loss, “Jumbotron Shit Poppin.” The music video for “Jumbotron Sh*t Poppin” perfectly complements the fast-paced song produced by Philadelphia-based collective Working on Dying.
The video featured footage of Drake enjoying a luxurious overseas vacation, a guest appearance from rising London rapper Central Cee, and an extravagant red Ferrari parked in the driveway, adding to the extravagant visuals of the video.
In addition to that, Drake could be seen flaunting $2,669,625 worth of jewelry throughout the video. Thes pieces of bling were formerly owned by Pharrell that were auctioned off as part of the first Joopiter auction back in November 2022.
Naturally, he was wearing all those pieces of bling around his neck. The standout piece in Drake’s jewelry collection is the N.E.R.D pendant which sold for more than $2 million, however, he didn’t just stop at the most iconic and expensive pieces. He also decided to indulge in nostalgia and acquired a gold PSP from the auction lot as well. Drake is having the time of his life and that’s all that matters to him right now.
