Brock Lesnar is certainly one of the most decorated and accomplished pro wrestlers in the history of the industry. Throughout his two runs with WWE, The Beast Incarnate ran roughshod over his competition and showed the world just how big of a star he really is. That being said, he once caused chaos in WWE after telling management he quit the company.
Following a run in WWE’s Ohio Valley Wrestling, Brock Lesnar made his main roster debut in 2002. He saw tremendous success during his initial run in WWE, where he won the WWE Championship in record time.
However, Lesnar was not happy with his first run with the company and told management. Despite the fact that WWE management tried to play it cool and act like they were not bothered, that was not the case at all.
As fans are aware by now, Brock Lesnar parted ways with WWE right after WrestleMania 20, where he squared off against Goldberg, in a match that was widely panned as fans already knew both competitors were going to leave the company.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter had reported at the time that a panic had set in when Lesnar announced he would leave the company after his match with Goldberg.
