Britney Spears Already Showing $12 Million Mansion Off-Market Before Sale

Britney Spears faced a 13-year struggle under her conservatorship, but her fans remained steadfast in their support. Their efforts paid off in 2021 when she was finally able to break free from the conservatorship. Today, Britney is happily married to Sam Asghari and is looking forward to new beginnings.

According to TMZ, Britney Spears is already in the process of selling her Calabasas home, which she only occupied for a short time. Despite this, the pop icon is looking forward to new opportunities and is actively searching for potential buyers for the property.

Britney Spears recently put her Calabasas home on the market for $12 million. The property, which she only briefly lived in, was reportedly too exposed for her taste and as a result, she quickly moved out. The singer did not make any renovations to the 1.6-acre lot either, inside or out, before deciding to sell the property.

As previously reported, Britney Spears simply did not fall in love with the place and wanted to get rid of the plate as soon as possible. Aside from this house, Spears already has the Thousand Oaks mansion she bought back in 2015 for $7.5 million.

It is not known whether Britney Spears will end up looking for another home or if she will just stay in her original home. Regardless, Spears will have a ton of money once she sells the mansion.
