Aaron Carter was discovered dead in his bathtub at his California home on November 5, 2022. Aaron’s official cause of death was yet to be determined. However, according to recent reports, Carter was deep in debt before his death.
According to Radar Online, Carter’s estate is having financial difficulties as Wells Fargo Bank claimed that the late singer had enormous credit card debt before his death. As per court documents obtained, Aaron had a credit card balance of $2,887.51 that remains unpaid.
Days prior, a biohazard clean-up company filed a lawsuit against Melanie Martin, Aaron’s fiance, and Aaron’s estate. The company, Sterile Pros, LLC, claimed to have worked on Aaron’s home in Lancaster, California, last year. The company claimed that $33k is due to them for their work.
Sterile Pros allegedly placed a “mechanic’s lien” on the property owned by Aaron and his ex-Melanie, according to The Blast, who broke the news of the lawsuit first. Since then, she has vacated the house.
According to Sterile Pros, LLC, they provided, “labor, services, equipment, and/or materials upon the premises, and upon every estate or interest in such structures and improvements.”
In a recent interview, Melanie and Jane, Aaron’s mother, stated that they believe Aaron died from a drug overdose rather than drowning. They claimed that investigators informed them that Aaron’s lungs contained no water. However, Thirsty will keep you updated regarding the ongoing investigation.
