Triple H Doesn’t Think The Rock’s WrestleMania 39 Match Is In The Cards

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is a renowned figure in the world of professional wrestling and maintains a strong connection to the industry despite his flourishing career in Hollywood. He is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in pro wrestling and fans really wanted to see him at WrestleMania 39. That is unlikely to happen now due to The Rock’s busy schedule and it seems even Triple H doubts The Rock’s WrestleMania match is in the cards.

Wrestling fans have been eagerly anticipating a match between Roman Reigns and The Rock at WrestleMania for a long time. WWE has been dropping hints and building up this potential match for quite some time, only adding to the excitement and anticipation among fans.

The match between these two superstars is a dream match-up, both are well known for their incredible in-ring abilities and charismatic personalities. The match would be a historic one and would be a huge event for WWE. Fans had been looking forward to seeing these two legends face off in the ring, and it could’ve be a match for the ages.

Last year, Roman Reigns even called out The Rock during a WWE live event. In fact, The Rock’s WWE return was said to be 100% in the plans. However, the likelihood of it happening now seems unlikely.

This is because The Rock simply couldn’t be ready in time to wrestle at WrestleMania 39. While speaking during the post-Royal Rumble press conference, Triple H talked about The Rock’s status for WrestleMania. Triple H stated that he doesn’t believe The Rock’s match at WrestleMania 39 is in the cards.

Apparently he can’t get in shape in time. He looked pretty jacked I thought, I saw ‘Black Adam’ the other day, I don’t think it’s the uniform. He’s incredibly busy. So I know him for him and I know his family and background and everything, if he could be here for WrestleMania in Hollywood, he would turn over every stone and walk through fire to be able to do it if he could. I just don’t think it’s in the cards, but then agian, I you don’t know, I don’t know.

We’ve had conversations with him because he loves it so much and we’d love for him to be a part of it. He’s the biggest star in hollywood and may be the most recognizable face on the planet. Why wouldn’t we want him to be a part of it, right? It’s his home, we don’t lock the door, he has an open invitation to walk through it anytime he wants but he’s incredibly busy, I think that respect factors in both ways that he wouldn’t wanna do it unless he could absolutely do it. There is no way he would show up here and half ass it, there’s no way he would show up here and not come in and put every single thing he had into it to make it the best thing it could posibily be. So, unless he can do that, it’s not gonna happen.

WWE also knew for months that The Rock wouldn’t be able to make it for WrestleMania 39. WWE also has not discussed The Rock for a non-wrestling role at the event. Regardless, fans have to accept the fact that The Great One just won’t be there at WrestleMania 39.
