Gisele Bundchen Reacts to Ex-Husband Tom Brady’s Retirement

Tom Brady is a name that has become synonymous with success in the NFL. With an unprecedented seven Super Bowl victories, five Super Bowl MVP awards and multiple records in the books, he is widely considered the greatest quarterback of all time. Tom Brady announced today that he is finally retiring for good. This is the second time the star quarterback has announced his retirement. He first retired at the start of the 2022 season but went back on his decision a month later.

“I’m retiring – for good. I know the process was a pretty big deal last time, so when I woke up this morning I figured I’d just press record and let you guys know first,” he said in his Instagram post. “It won’t be long-winded. You only get one super emotional retirement essay and I used mine up last year. Thank you to every single one of you for supporting me – my family, my friends, my team-mates, my competitors. I could go on forever – there’s too many.

Thank you for allowing me to live my absolute dream, I wouldn’t change a thing. Love you all,” he continued.

Gisele Bundchen who divorced Tom Brady in late 2022 wrote a comment on his post wishing him the best for this new chapter in his life.

“Wishing you only wonderful things in this new chapter of your life.” 

After two decades of dominance with the New England Patriots, Brady’s move to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020 proved to be a winning one, as he led his new team to a Super Bowl victory in his first season with them.
