Hulk Hogan is undoubtedly one of the most legendary figures in professional wrestling. He rose to superstardom in the 80s and 90s and had to overcome various difficulties that came with being a wrestler during that time period. Hogan’s health has always been a concern for many, especially a recent claim that he couldn’t feel his legs after surgery. that being said, Hogan was spotted walking with a cane after such claims.
Despite Hogan’s long-standing success in the industry, his reputation was tarnished in 2015 when racist remarks he made were publicly revealed. The tapes caused a major controversy and Hogan’s image has not fully recovered since.
Kurt Angle recently stated on his podcast The Kurt Angle Angle Show that Hogan could no longer feel his legs after a nerve cut during his latest back surgery. Angle further added that he has to walk using a cane.
“Hogan had his back surgery again. He had the nerves cut from his lower body. He can’t feel his lower body, so he has to use his cane to walk around. I thought he was using the cane because he has pain in his back. He doesn’t have any pain. He has nothing at all. He can’t feel anything. So now he can’t feel his legs, so he has to walk with a cane. That’s pretty serious, man. I mean, I really feel for Hogan. He put his heart and soul into the business and it ate him up.”
Hulk Hogan’s camp would then clear the air regarding these claims, stating that, ”Everything is ok with him.”According to Page Six, Hulk Hogan was recently spotted using a walking stick.
Hogan held the stick in his right hand as he left the DMV in Clearwater, Fla. on Friday. He used a cane to assist him in walking from the DMV to his car. Along the way, he briefly paused to wave to a fan, switching the cane to his left hand and struggling to maintain his grip on it.
Hulk’s son, Nick Hogan, joined his dad for the errand as he was seen carrying a license plate, as well as other DMV paperwork. Hogan is clearly recovering well and that’s all that matters now.
