The 75-year-old former Governor of California has made the headlines today after news broke out that he was involved in a car accident Sunday morning. The unfortunate incident resulted in a bicyclist being immediately transported to the hospital for medical attention.
Arnold allegedly hit a woman who was riding a bike when she swerved into his lane in West Los Angeles, sources informed TMZ. In a follow-up to the story, police sources have confirmed that the victim of the accident was unavoidable at the time of the crash.
The Hollywood icon and former Governor was fully cooperative with the responding officers at the scene. The woman, who was struck by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s car, was reportedly taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Schwarzenegger, however, does not appear to be injured. The accident is reportedly being investigated.
