Crystal Renay and NE-YO married in February 2016 and have three children: Isabella Rose, and sons Roman Alexander-Raj and Shaffer Chimere Junior. Renay filed for divorce in August, four months after the now-ex couple renewed their vows in a beautiful red-themed wedding in Las Vegas. NE-YO and Crystal’s divorce was recently finalized, six months after she accused him of having a child with another woman. 

According to court documents acquired by People, NE-YO, whose actual name is Shaffer Smith and Renay, whose full name is Crystal Renay Smith divorced on January 26. A judge in the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia’s Family Division ruled “a total divorce” should “be granted,” according to the papers.

According to TMZ, Renay will get a one-time payment of $1.6 million for their house, as well as one of the four residences they shared in Georgia, as part of their divorce settlement. She will also receive $20,000 to pay relocating expenses. According to the outlet, NE-YO will walk away with their 2022 Bentley Bentayga; in exchange, he would pay Renay $150,000 to purchase her own vehicle.

Renay will get $12,000 per month in child support for the three children she and NE-YO share, and NE-YO will pay school expenses. According to the outlet, Renay will get $5,000 each month in alimony for the next three years. The ex-couples also stated that they would not bring any romantic partners near their children unless they were engaged, married, or had permission from each other.

Renay stated in the divorce papers that the “So Sick” singer, from whom she claimed to have been separated since July 22, fathered a kid with another woman during their marriage. The Grammy winner’s now ex-wife also stated that she had been looking after their three children since their separation and was seeking primary physical custody, shared legal custody, child support, and alimony.
