Las Vegas Raiders star, Darren Waller, is definitely getting ready to express himself in a huge way. This is because he decided to get some gnarly tattoos right before the biggest event of the year. In fact, he got tattoos on both sides of his head.
The NFL tight end got the amazing tattoos on Saturday while the Pro Bowl games were taking place at Allegiant Stadium, according to TMZ Sports. It was said that he flew out his go-to guy, Kali from Atlanta, to make sure the procedure was done properly.
In one of the photos, fans can see an angel playing the trumpet. In the other, there’s a falcon taking flight. Both are massive photos, which took up a lot of Darren Waller’s head space.
It is not known what the images meant to Waller either. Kali, the tattoo artist, stated that the football player didn’t complain once while the tattoos were going into his head.
“Sat like a champ,” Kali tells us. “Always does.”
Kali said it took a total of three hours to do the overall headpiece. Regarding the healing process, the artist said it’ll be just like any other tattoo, as long as the areas are properly clean and moisturized.
Luck is truly on Darren’s side, as it is the offseason for the Raiders, which means he will not have to worry about putting on a helmet for another few months.
