Mischa Barton Claims She Was Asked To Sleep With Leonardo DiCaprio At 19

Leonardo DiCaprio, a name synonymous with Hollywood royalty, has captivated audiences for more than three decades with his dynamic and adaptable acting skills. However, he is frequently in the news for his strict policy of dating only women under the age of 25. And now, renowned actress Mischa Barton is claiming that she was told to sleep with the well-known playboy when she was just 19.

The “O.C.” star remembered how her then-publicist had asked her to sleep with the ‘Titanic’ star, who was 30 at the time, in a 2005 Harper’s & Queen, which later rebranded as Harper’s Bazaar, interview that has surfaced again in light of DiCaprio’s recent spottings with 19-year-old model Eden Polani.

Barton claimed that her representative told her to “Go and sleep with that man” when they saw DiCaprio at a photo shoot in Malibu. The “Sixth Sense” actress added that she had been told to do it “for [her] career’s sake.” She told the publication that she was not interested in dating older men, before asking “Isn’t Leo, like, 30 or something?”

The “Revenant” actor had just ended a turbulent five-year relationship with supermodel Gisele Bündchen and was once again single at the time. This week, the old interview reappeared online after DiCaprio received criticism for being spotted with Polani at a Grammys event.

Polani, who later deactivated her Instagram account, was seen seated next to the Hollywood hunk at Ebony Riley’s EP release party earlier this month.
