Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Reach Escrow To Purchase $34,500,000 Mansion

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been making headlines since their private wedding ceremony last year. Now it seems the couple has finally found the home of their dreams where they will spend their happy married life.

According to TMZ, the couple currently is in escrow to purchase a magnificent property in the Los Angeles region. The mansion is located in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of LA, which is only home to the super-wealthy. It is listed for $34,500,000, but the final price is not yet known, it is likely close to that amount.

The house was only recently constructed and with 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, the seller describes it as traditional in the Hamptons style. Its acre-sized lot is enormous by local standards. It is fully constructed, including a wine cellar, gym, health spa, screening room, and pool.

JLo recently listed her Bel Air home for $42.5 million. They had intended to renovate that house, but it seems that their plans have since changed, and they are now moving to the west.

Ben and JLo have been searching for a home constantly for more than a year, looking at houses up to $85 million, but they have finally decided on what appears to be a fantastic house for less than half the price.
