WWE 2K23 is set to drop on March 14, 2023, and the game is available for pre-order, with three formats available. Also, Bad Bunny is a pre-order bonus, so that’s great for his fans. John Cena is the cover Superstar this year, and he is also heavily featured as the storyline mode as well. The 16x World Champion also had a big hand in the soundtrack.
WWE & 2K dropped the playlist that John Cena curated for the new WWE 2K23 video game. You can check out the soundtrack below, one which includes huge artists like Doja Cat and Post Malone.
It is also notable that hip-hop does not dominate the soundtrack. Metallica and Hardy also line the list for some adrenaline-pumping tracks.
Sad But True – Metallica
Quevedo: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 52 – Bizarrap, Quevedo
Vegas – Doja Cat
SUVs – Luciano
Can’t Stop – Red Hot Chili Peppers
Ramen & OJ – Joyner Lucas, Lil Baby
JACK – HARDY
No More Tears – Bullet for My Valentine
Dame Lu – Dei V, Omar Courtz
Shipwreck – Letdown.
Grounds – IDLES
Take What You Want – Post Malone (Featuring Ozzy Osbourne & Travis Scott)
We’ll have to see how the game pans out when it drops. Fans were pleased with WWE 2K22, for the most part, and WWE 2K23 seems to be another step in the right direction after they dropped the ball big time with WWE 2K20.
