The music industry is no stranger to controversy and scandal, and once again, the limelight has shifted towards none other than R&B icon, Chris Brown. Amidst the announcement of his featured artist appearance on Chloe Bailey’s highly-anticipated single “How Does It Feel?” from her debut solo album “In Pieces,” fans were left fuming with disapproval. This comes after Brown’s tumultuous past has been marred with allegations of domestic violence, most notably his highly-publicized assault on former flame, Rihanna, back in 2009.
Chris Brown responded to the criticism in an Instagram Stories rant on Friday where he called out the fans for their double standards. He also referenced Blueface and Chrisean Rock in his rant when he said that people tune in to watch them “beat the f**k out of each other.”
“You weird ass n***as are the same ones ghat tune in every week to see Blueface and Chrisean beat the f*ck out each other in front of the world,” he wrote.
Blueface condemned Chris Brown’s comments by stating that their situations aren’t similar at all.
“I understand the frustration fool for me being in the situation. I ain’t even gonna trip on you because the message you’re trying to send is way off. The bitch hit me, it’s funny. I hit her back, it’s fuck Blueface… but you gotta play the cards that you were dealt.”
Blueface further added that Chris Brown was trying to deflect the blame onto others instead of holding himself accountable for his actions.
“Only thing I disagree with is you posting all these random white people, and me and the bitch and trying to distract from your thing. You gotta stand on it, cuh. If you beat the bitch up, you beat the bitch up,” Blueface said.
Blueface ended by saying that Chris Brown “beat up the wrong b**ch.” As of writing this article, Chris Brown is yet to respond to Blueface’s comments. Stay tuned to Thirsty For News as we keep you updated on this story as it unfolds.
