Georges St-Pierre is certainly one of the most legendary fighters in the entire MMA world. The UFC Hall Of Famer was at the top of his game back in 2013 but would leave the company for a few years, which shocked many. He also made an appearance on WWE television recently and it seems he does not rule out making a future return.
Georges St-Pierre made his return to the UFC back in 2016 where he faced off against Michael Bisping in a different weight class. Georges St-Pierre would hang up his gloves for good in 2019, bringing an end to a legendary career.
Georges St-Pierre made an appearance at WWE Elimination Chamber held in Montreal, Canada, to show his support for his compatriot, Sami Zayn. Zayn was aiming to clinch the coveted Undisputed WWE Universal Championship from the reigning champion, Roman Reigns.
While speaking to Ariel Helwani in a WWE Digital Exclusive ahead of the event, the legendary UFC fighter was asked about a future appearance in WWE. GSP made it clear he does not rule out appearing in WWE again in the future.
“I don’t know,” he said with a big laugh. “I would never close the door to make an appearance or something like this, but to go on the road for a long time, I have other priorities, and I’m happy where I’m at. I would never say no to an appearance or something special. It would be fun.”
We will have to wait and see whether the legendary UFC fighter will make a future appearance in WWE sooner rather than later. After all, fans would love to see him back again.
