Avril Lavigne is regarded as a pivotal figure in the evolution of pop-punk music. Many also believed she had found her forever person after being engaged to Mod Sun. However, that was not the case as the two have officially broken up and their engagement has been called off.
According to Page Six, Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun have called it quits with it comes to their relationship and are no longer engaged. It was added that Lavinge was the one who made the decision.
This is because Mod Sun was completely blindsided by their breakup. In fact, things seemed fine and they were engaged just a few days ago, while he was out on tour.
They were together and engaged as of three days ago when he left for tour so if anything has changed that’s news to him.
According to reports, the former couple had been facing problems in recent months, resulting in multiple breakups and reconciliations before ultimately calling it quits for good.
This comes at a very interesting time as Avril Lavigne was recently spotted with Tyga, as the two had dinner. With Lavigne being officially back on the market, we’ll have to see if she and Tyga will end up becoming a couple.
