Serayah has been showing off her acting skills in the show Empire. She has been in a relationship with Jacob Latimore for quite a while. However, a recent breakup with Latimore and a cozy picture with Joey Bada$$ have got the whole internet guessing.
Jacob Latimore and Serayah have been together since 2016. They have portrayed an image of a powerful couple in front of the world throughout the years. The Empire actress recently shared news of them breaking up and has parted ways respectfully.
The decision shocked the internet but when Joey Bada$$ posted a picture of him and Serayah getting cozy, people started to speculate. Serayah was posted on the rapper’s Instagram which had a black heart emoji as the caption. The two curled up next to each other in a seemingly lovey-dovey photograph taken at a restaurant.
After receiving hundreds of questions about the post in her Instagram live, Serayah finally cleared the air on the story. She confronted the people who were talking “sh*t” in the comments and told them to calm down. On 25th February, she confirmed the dating rumors after posting a picture of her and Joey together.
The post showed the two celebrities holding hands on a bridge. Despite Serayah’s admission of their breakup, it nonetheless provoked disappointment from commentators. Some find it annoying that she switched from Joey to Jacob so quickly.
Jacob and Serayah had previously been vocal about their relationship. They even got featured on BET’s Millennial Love Stories. However, some things are not meant to be and this was it for the power couple.
