Ryan Edwards of Teen Mom Arrested for Stalking Amid Divorce Proceedings with Mackenzie

Ryan Edwards gained popularity on the first season of “16 & Pregnant” in 2009 when he appeared with his then-girlfriend, Maci Bookout. However, the celebrity has once again found himself in trouble and has been arrested for the second time in just two months.

According to a press release issued by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, the reality star was taken into custody on Wednesday for stalking and disobeying an order of protection. The news came after ex-Mackenzie’s filing for divorce.

Mackenzie has been granted temporary custody of their two children, Jagger and Stella, aged 5 and 2, respectively. Additionally, a restraining order was granted to her as well, according to a report from Us Weekly.

Ryan was taken into custody in Hamilton County, Tennessee last month on the accusation of violating a protection order given to Mackenzie. He was alleged to have shared intimate images of her online and charged her with infidelity.

Edwards broke the law by talking to her father after the order was given, claims a press release from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department. Before arresting him at his workplace, the Sheriff’s Office discovered he was also wanted for an open harassment case, with Mackenzie listed as the victim.
