Intimissimi, the prominent Italian lingerie brand, has recently announced Jennifer Lopez as its newest brand ambassador. With her global appeal, Lopez stars in the brand’s latest spring campaign for 2023, which has just been released.
The campaign features the multi-talented singer and actress modelling a collection of stunning intimate apparel. Drawing inspiration from an idyllic summer in Positano, the ads are a beautiful blend of fuchsia, orange and turquoise, symbolizing the bougainvillea, sun, and Mediterranean Sea, respectively.
“I love Italy — the people, the fashion, the culture, the food and the storied history. When I discovered Intimissimi, I was immediately drawn to their precious silks, romantic lace, beautiful cuts, flattering fits and intricate designs,” Lopez said. “I’m proud to be an Intimissimi woman and honored that they view me as someone who emulates their own qualities of confident, lively and strong.”
CEO Matteo Veronesi said in a press release that Lopez was the obvious choice to embody the Intimissimi woman, who is strong, confident, and sexy.
“Being comfortable in your own skin and the ability to slip on beautiful lingerie under your wardrobe allows you to feel that more sensual side of yourself.”
The latest collection boasts a diverse range of bra and underwear cuts, as well as robes, pajama sets, and nighties. When it comes to highlighting specific pieces, Lopez admits she cannot single out just one favorite. She expresses her fondness for the comfortable and luxurious silks featured in the robes and pajamas that have become her ultimate loungewear essentials.
Additionally, she admires the intricately designed Italian lace detailing showcased in the bras and panties, and praises the collection’s impeccable fit. Lopez will forever be someone who transcends the age barrier and that’s unlikely to ever change.
