Pete Davidson experienced a frightening incident over the weekend when he was involved in a car crash on Saturday night in Beverly Hills, California.The actor and his girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders were driving in a Mercedes Benz when they struck a fire hydrant and crashed into a house at a high speed.

According to TMZ, the car went off the road and continued into the side of the house, leaving behind skid marks and damage to the front lawn, fire hydrant, and the house itself. Neither Davidson nor Wonders suffered any injuries in the accident.

Police didn’t issue any citations and believe that neither alcohol nor drugs were involved in the incident. The preliminary view indicates that the crash may have been caused by excessive speed.

Representatives for Davidson, Wonders, and the Los Angeles police have not yet released any official statements regarding the incident.

The crash happened just days after a Page Six report that Davidson and Wonders were getting serious in their relationship. The couple has been spotted together at various events, including a New York Rangers game and the Daytona 500.
