Avril Lavigne is regarded as a pivotal figure in the evolution of pop-punk music. Many also believed she had found her forever person after being engaged to Mod Sun. However, that was not the case as the two split up recently. In fact, it seems Mod Sun is now devasted by Lavigne’s current relationship with Tyga.
As previously reported, Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun called it quits with it comes to their relationship and are no longer engaged. It was added that Lavinge was the one who made the decision.
In fact, Lavigne is now dating Tyga, with whom she shared a kiss during Paris Fashion Week recently. Avril Lavigne appears to be enjoying herself with her new boyfriend. However, her former fiancé Mod Sun is struggling to come to terms with the rapid and highly visible nature of her moving on.
According to TMZ, Mod Sun has been experiencing a great deal of sadness since his separation from Avril, which we previously reported was not a joint choice. To make matters worse, he has been deeply affected by her new relationship with Tyga, and feels utterly heartbroken.
Avril and her new partner are engaging in public displays of affection in the very city where Mod proposed to her almost a year ago. Due to this, he perceives Avril’s presence in Paris as a significant insult or even as an act of retaliation against him.
It was said that he feels he did nothing wrong, which is what makes Avril’s new relationship a tough pill to swallow. He is currently on tour in support of his “God Save The Teen” album. Regardless, he has accepted the fact that he is no longer with Lavigne and that’s all that matters.
