Pete Davidson has continuously managed to grab public attention for several reasons over the past few years, especially because of his dramatic relationship with Kim Kardashian. However, the comedian’s Brooklyn Heights bachelor pad is up for rent and it’s for $28,000 a month.

Davidson’s four-bedroom Brooklyn Heights penthouse was initially been listed by Compass real estate for $30,000 per month. However, the price was reduced last week amid his blooming relationship with Chase Sui Wonders.

According to the listing, the spacious 4,500-square-foot apartment has three and a half bathrooms and a brand-new kitchen designed by Snaidero that includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Miele appliances. The residence includes a complete in-unit laundry room as well as a master bedroom with a Porcelanosa soaking tub, a separate stand-up shower, and double vanities within its private bathroom.

The low-rise building’s other features include a private garage and an elevator with a keyed entrance, and each of the four bedrooms is equipped with custom closets. However, the private 1,500-square-foot landscaped rooftop garden is the most appealing feature of the opulent and elegant residence.
