John Cena Gave WWE Superstar ‘Free Game’ After Return

John Cena is one of the few WWE superstars to have made a significant impact in the world of professional wrestling. Cena remains a highly divisive figure in pro wrestling no matter what. In fact, he gave a WWE superstar some useful advice after his return.

Hit Row member Top Dolla transitioned from football to professional wrestling, and it didn’t take all that long to get used to it. AJ Francis, alongside his Hit Row members, had a solid run in NXT.

Unfortunately, their main roster run ended before it began, as they were released back in 2021. They are back now, but it seems fans really aren’t happy to see them – especially Top Dolla.

While he is a former NFL player, Top Dolla always saw himself in WWE and credited The Rock and John Cena with being an inspiration. While speaking on the AP Football Podcast, Top Dolla revealed that John Cena gave him free game when he returned to WWE a few months ago.

The Rock is the reason that I’m a wrestler. I grew up a huge fan of The Rock. Without him, I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing today. He made me care. He was the guy. To this day, I’m still a huge fan of his, even though I’ve met him. I’m still a huge fan of his. The Rock, definitely, is the guy who had a big impact on me. As well as John Cena. When he came back a few months ago, we sat down and had a conversation in his dressing room. He just gave me some free game because we’re doing our hip-hop characters and he was the most successful hip-hop character in wrestling history. Being able to take free game from him about how to do it and do it the right way, it was huge. He was so good at and that’s what made him a megstar.

John Cena is set to square off against Austin Theory at WrestleMania 39 for the United States Championship. It remains to be seen how WWE will continue to build the feud between Cena and Theory leading up to WrestleMania 39. However, fans are eagerly anticipating Cena’s return to the Grandest Stage Of Them All and are excited to see what’s in store for him.
