WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley is considered a legend in the pro wrestling industry. Mick Foley worked in other companies and also worked with numerous top stars in the industry. He was also a huge mainstream star, having appeared in shows in the 1990s. This includes ‘Boy Meets World’ and now it seems he reunited with the cast from the show recently.
During its seven-season run in the 1990s, “Boy Meets World” featured a couple of notable professional wrestling guest stars. One of these was Vader, who appeared in season two as the father of a school bully. In the final season, Mick Foley also appeared during the show.
He broke down a door while dressed in the attire he had worn at WrestleMania XV. Foley acted as a special guest referee of sorts during an apartment wrestling match that aimed to settle a debate over which group of friends would have ownership over a coveted apartment.
Recently, at Galaxy Con in Richmond, Virginia, Danielle Fishel-Karp and Rider Strong, who played Topanga Lawrence and Shawn Hunter, respectively, took a photo with Foley. They added that they ran into an ‘old friend.’
Looks like @daniellefishel and @rider_strong ran into an old friend @galaxyconrichmond.
Fishel-Karp previously revealed that she became a pro wrestling fan through the show’s inclusion of Vader and Mankind. When she started dating her now-husband, they began attending Pro Wrestling Guerilla shows in California before moving on to “WWE NXT” when indie talent joined the brand.
She has also been spotted visiting backstage at other WWE events and was once a guest on The New Day’s “Feel The Power” podcast. In 2021, Fishel-Karp expressed a preference for AEW over WWE, citing the former’s more engaging storylines.
