50 Cent has always been vocal on his social media. Time and time again he has called out people, society, and groups for certain actions and behavior. This time he wanted to spill the beans on the industry. However, the post related to this has since been deleted.
The “In Da Club” rapper allegedly wrote on Instagram on Sunday that he might reveal the truth about the TV industry. But since then, he appears to have removed the post. It occurs after he was asked to speak in an interview on the television industry.
“This lady from Fox 5 News called asking if i would speak to her about my experience in television production. I said like real behind the scenes, [eyes emoji] if she does this the Tv is going to go black [television emoji].”
Fif initially posted a pair of photos of veteran broadcaster Lisa Evers on Instagram. The caption indicated that she had reached out to him with an interview request. Many of 50 Cent’s followers were left confused by the insinuation that he didn’t know who “this lady” was.
The G-Unit mogul recently celebrated his incredibly expansive network in the entertainment industry with another post. Fortunately, this one still remains alive on his page. In that article, he hilariously Xed out Starz and listed how many production firms and organizations he has so far collaborated with.
On Fif’s deleted comment, Lisa reportedly commented “Whaaaat ???!!!” as she gasped that he didn’t know her. Evers has been covering Hip Hop and issues impacting communities of color in New York City for decades. She’s the same person who did his very first TV interview in 2003 ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’ and it followed many interviews.
50 Cent is now knee-deep in the TV industry and it really shows in his recent endeavors. It will be interesting to see what tea can Fif spill about the behind-the-scenes of the TV industry. For more on 50 Cent, stay tuned to Thirsty.
