Charlotte Flair Really Wants A Tag Team Match With Bad Bunny

Charlotte Flair is a multi-time women’s champion in WWE and she remains one of the top female stars in the company. That said, Flair is also one of the most divisive stars in the company. That being said, it feels Flair also wants a tag team match with Bad Bunny.

On the other hand, Bad Bunny is a multi-talented artist whose popularity continued to soar, and his affiliation with WWE brought him a new fan base. The rapper proved his worth as a WWE Superstar thanks to his performance at WrestleMania 37 and last year’s Royal Rumble.

The Queen is set to defend her WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39. While she has accomplished plenty of accolades, there is a dream match she really wants to do.

While speaking to The Athletic, Charlotte Flair was asked about what she has left to accomplish. Flair mentioned breaking her father Ric Flair’s World Title records. Flair then revealed that she really wants a tag team match with Bad Bunny.

Charlotte went on to explain that she would love to team up with Bad Bunny in some way, whether it be in the wrestling ring or as his manager.

”Well, I can beat my dad’s record for one, to hold the most world titles in the company. (Also) to have a mixed tag match with Bad Bunny. And I’ve never won Money in the Bank.

He’s a student of the game. I hope he (reads) this: I have never asked to take a picture with a celebrity when they’ve come backstage, but I was like, “Can I please get a picture with Bad Bunny?” What he has accomplished within our industry is incredible. It just goes to show how much respect he has for what we do and how, when he puts his mind to something, he goes for it 100 percent.

I thought it was really cool. Well, I want to tag team with Bad Bunny. I want to wrestle with my husband, whether that’s being his manager or a mixed tag couple, I don’t know. I just take it day by day. I feel like I get better every year. I think that says a lot, considering I have done it all, that I’m still not complacent. I don’t think anyone thought women would main event WrestleMania 35 when we did. So in my mind, I still think that I’m going to work hard to create something that people thought was unobtainable. I don’t know what that looks like, but I know it’s out there.”

It is to be noted that Charlotte Flair has picked up a lot of her Spanish thanks to her husband Andrade El Idolo. As previously reported, WWE would be heading outside the United States for the Backlash premium live event. Taking place in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the event is set to have Bad Bunny as the host.

In fact, Bad Bunny could also appear at WrestleMania 39. Regardless, we will have to wait and see whether Charlotte Flair will end up teaming up with Bad Bunny somewhere down the line.
