Travis Kelce Remains Tight-Lipped About Taylor Swift Amidst Romance Rumors

Travis Kelce and his Kansas City Chiefs crew have touched down in Frankfurt for their upcoming away game, but when it comes to rumors about Taylor Swift joining them, Kelce is keeping his lips sealed.

During a press conference on Friday, November 3, ahead of the sporting event, Kelce, the 34-year-old tight end for the Chiefs since 2013, playfully commented on how Swift’s presence at his games has become a topic of discussion in the sports betting world.

“When I mention — or everyone knows — she’s at the game, the Vegas [line] and over-under on my catches goes up and down,” Kelce quipped. He also jokingly mentioned that Swift’s attendance has started to impact his performance on the field, saying, “The spread goes up and down. So I don’t want to mess with any of that stuff. I’m just going to keep that to myself.”

Kelce and Swift have been linked romantically since September, with their connection starting when they failed to exchange phone numbers via a friendship bracelet during Swift’s July Eras Tour stop in Missouri. Since then, Swift has attended four of Kelce’s games, all of which he won.

The correlation between Swift’s presence and Kelce’s performance hasn’t gone unnoticed. NFL broadcasters pointed out that Kelce has better stats when Swift is in the stands, averaging 99 yards per game compared to 46.5 when she’s absent. They even made a reference to Swift’s song “Anti-Hero,” where she mentions someone being “left to his own devices.”

Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, mentioned this on their “New Heights” podcast, to which Travis replied, “How could I not be aware of this? … ‘Left to his own devices.’ Well put.”

However, a source has confirmed to US Weekly that Swift won’t attend all of Travis’ games, as she doesn’t want to be a distraction. “She knows it’s not easy when she shows up to his games. It’s a spectacle,” the source said. “She wants to support him and strike a balance while, at the same time, not be distracting to the team.”

Swift skipped the Chiefs’ game against the Denver Broncos on October 29, which they lost. Afterward, she flew to be with Travis, coinciding with Halloween. When asked about his relationship with Swift during the recent press conference in Germany, Travis chose to keep things private, saying, “The latest status is I got to see her last week. That’s the latest status right there. I’m going to keep my personal relationship personal.”
