Nine months after the tragic death of Audrina Patridge’s 15-year-old niece, Sadie, authorities are actively working to determine who may have supplied the drugs that led to the young girl’s passing.

According to law enforcement sources, Sadie’s death has officially been attributed to a narcotic overdose. However, the manner of death has not yet been determined as investigators are exploring the possibility of criminal charges related to the incident.

TMZ reports that sources indicate that authorities are seeking to ascertain how Sadie acquired the drugs. One source even claims that Sadie purchased Percocet laced with fentanyl through Snapchat. If this proves to be the case, investigators will work to identify the individual who sold the drugs to the teenager, potentially leading to criminal charges.

It is important to note that the supplier of fatal doses of fentanyl can face serious legal consequences, as evidenced by the case of the individual who provided Mac Miller with a fatal dose of the drug, resulting in a 17.5-year prison sentence in May of the previous year.
