There is no doubt that Mariah Carey is one of the most talented and well-known musicians in the music industry right now. She has released several classic songs and albums that fans continue to listen to on repeat. Now it appears she might have broke up with her boyfriend after seven years.
Rumors are swirling that Mariah Carey and her boyfriend, Bryan Tanaka, may have called it quits after a seven-year relationship. Speculation arose as Tanaka was notably absent from Carey’s “Merry Christmas One and All!” tour kickoff at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino in Highland, California.
Tanaka, a longtime backup dancer for Carey, has been a fixture on her tours since 2006 but was not seen onstage during the recent concert. Some fans on social media noticed how Carey looked pretty down during the opening night of her traditionally festive holiday concerts.

The couple, who have been together since 2016, has not posted photos together on social media for several months. Carey’s last Instagram post featuring Tanaka dates back to December 2022, while Tanaka has been inactive on the platform since June. Their last public sighting together was in March during Carey’s birthday vacation. We’ll have to see whether they have actually broken up in the end.
