Joe Jonas has unveiled several new tattoos, including one that appears to reflect his feelings following his split from Sophie Turner and their ongoing custody battle.

The singer showcased his new ink during a Jonas Brothers concert in Edmonton, Alberta, where he wore a white ribbed tank top that displayed his tattoos. One of the tattoos featured a William Stafford quote, which read, “I have woven a parachute out of everything broken,” written in all capitals on the inside of his bicep.

In addition to the Stafford quote, Jonas revealed a chest tattoo that displayed the birthdates of his two daughters. The tattoo had “07.05.22” above a black “x” and “07.22.20” below it, representing his 1-year-old daughter Delphine’s and 3-year-old daughter Willa’s birthdates.

Another tattoo on his arm appeared to be a stick figure drawing of a person, possibly created by his eldest daughter. He also sported an outline of a bird on his wrist, which may be a reference to the Jonas Brothers’ song “Little Bird” about their children.

Joe Jonas has been known to have numerous tattoos, many of which hold special meanings, including tributes to his brothers and soon-to-be ex-wife, Sophie Turner. The tattoos come two months after Jonas filed for divorce from Turner following four years of marriage.

While the temporary custody arrangement for their daughters appears to be settled for now, it remains unclear what the future holds for Jonas and Turner’s custody battle once the temporary resolution expires in the New Year. Nevertheless, Jonas seems committed to keeping his daughters close to his heart through his new tattoos.
