Kris Jenner is the matriarch of the Kardashian dynasty even now and even at her age, she makes sure she makes style statements no matter what. That’s not all as her ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ mansion has now hit the market again, with a hefty price surge.
According to TMZ, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” mansion is back on the market, this time listed for a princely sum of $8,888,888. The luxurious property famously used for exterior shots in the reality TV series, has seen its price increase significantly since it was last sold in 2018 for $5.25 million.
The current owner seems poised to make a substantial profit of over $3 million if the property sells at the asking price, although the final figures may fluctuate after considering potential investments in the home. Despite initially being listed for nearly $8 million in 2018, the property ultimately sold for just over $5 million. The current listing marks another attempt to capitalize on the house’s television fame.
Boasting 7 bedrooms, 9 baths, and luxurious amenities, the home represents the epitome of upscale living in the Los Angeles area. However, whether it’s worth the nearly $9 million price tag is an entirely different conversation to be had.
this property was never Kris Jenner’s actual residence but served as a stand-in for security reasons. Sarah Greenberg of Realty One Group West holds the current listing/ We’ll have to see if this mansion will end up finding a new owner somewhere down the line.
