Conor McGregor’s success in the Octagon is known by many people, as he is the only man to hold championships in the lightweight and featherweight divisions simultaneously. McGregor has flirted with the idea of competing in WWE to face Roman Reigns on numerous occasions. Unsurprisingly, Jey Uso wants McGregor to make his way to WWE as well.
Conor McGregor certainly has more than enough experience when it comes to online feuds with WWE Superstars. After all, he had a heated back and forth with Roman Reigns’ Special Counsel Paul Heyman earlier this year. Heyman even sent a warning to Conor McGregor after that.
Conor McGregor even called out Roman Reigns for a match at WWE SummerSlam this year, but nothing came from that. While speaking with Billboard’s Carl Lamarre, Jey Uso was what entertainer or athlete he would like to see make his way to WWE next after Bad Bunny and Logan Paul. Jey Uso named Conor McGregor, calling on him to make his WWE debut.
“First one that comes to mind is Conor McGregor. He’s kinda been tip-toeing around us a little bit. He’s had interactions with a couple of us but never fully got in here. I’d like to see what he’s about.”
We will have to wait and see whether Conor McGregor will end up making his way to WWE somewhere down the line. With WWE and UFC’s merger deal finalized, perhaps fans might get to see him in a WWE ring someday.
