Diddy is currently one of the most established rappers in the hip-hop industry, but that makes him a target for a lot of things – especially lawsuits. Diddy made the news for a couple of assault lawsuits recently and now he has been slapped with yet another one.
As previously reported, Diddy and Cassie had ‘amicably’ settled their sexual assault lawsuit, which shocked many people for good reason. Clearly, that was only just the beginning of his issues.
Diddy would then get slapped with a second lawsuit, which stemmed from him allegedly sexually assaulting and recording a woman back in 1991. However, he isn’t done getting hit with lawsuits now.
According to a Rolling Stone report, a new complaint has been filed by an anonymous accuser, identified as Jane Doe, alleging that Diddy and ’90s R&B singer Aaron Hall sexually assaulted her and a friend in 1990 or 1991.
The complaint details that the victim and her friend met Diddy and Hall at an event in New York hosted by MCA Records, the distributor of Uptown Records, at the company’s offices. The victim alleges that Diddy and Hall began flirting with them and offered drinks throughout the night.
“Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night.”
As the event concluded, the complaint stated that Diddy and Hall invited them to an afterparty at Hall’s apartment. The victim claims she was offered more alcohol and then coerced into having sex with Diddy. Afterwards, she alleges that Hall entered the room, pinned her down, and forced her to have sex.
“While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs.
After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”
The lawsuit further states that the victim quickly dressed and fled from Hall’s apartment after the alleged assault. Additionally, she claims that her friend was also raped by both men. Alongside Hall and Combs, the suit names MCA Music Entertainment and Geffen Records as defendants. We will keep you updated on this ongoing lawsuit, as it is likely Diddy will be facing more soon.
