Tiffany Haddish Arrested and Taken Into Custody for DUI Offense

Tiffany Haddish was a great example of what it means to be a true success. In 2018, Time magazine named her one of the 100 most powerful people in the world, and The Hollywood Reporter named her one of the 100 most powerful people in entertainment in both 2018 and 2019. However, she has seen a sharp decline over the years and now Haddish was arrested for DUI just recently.

According to TMZ, Tiffany Haddish is facing a DUI charge in Beverly Hills after allegedly being found asleep behind the wheel early Friday morning. Beverly Hills police arrested the actress and comedian without resisting, after responding to a call about a stopped vehicle on Beverly Drive.

It was said that Haddish was slumped over the wheel while the car was running. Although there was no accident involved, Haddish was taken into custody, and she is expected to be cited for DUI and released later.

This is the second DUI arrest for Tiffany Haddish, as she was previously arrested under similar circumstances in January last year in the Atlanta area. That incident involved a call about someone sleeping behind the wheel, with Haddish found pulling into a neighborhood. She was booked for DUI and improper stopping on a roadway, and she is scheduled to go to trial for that case on December 4.

Tiffany Haddish had performed at The Laugh Factory in West Hollywood the night before her recent arrest for the club’s annual free Thanksgiving feast for the community. Unfortunately, she simply can’t stay out of trouble – continuing to prove that Haddish is her own worst enemy.
