Kanye West is once again at the center of a scandal, as his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has accused the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her. The explosive allegations come from a recent lawsuit filed by Pisciotta, who claims the incident occurred during a studio session while West was still married to Kim Kardashian.

According to the lawsuit via RadarOnline, Pisciotta alleges that West ordered her a drink, after which she became disoriented and lost control over her body and speech. The following morning, Pisciotta reportedly woke up feeling ill, with vague memories of what transpired the previous night. She claims to have initially dismissed the idea of any assault, focusing instead on whether she had embarrassed herself in front of West or their client.

However, Pisciotta’s view of the night changed when West allegedly confessed to having “hooked up” with her, a revelation that left her “disgusted and numb.” According to the complaint, it was at this moment that Pisciotta decided she could no longer work for West, fearing she would be “silenced, blacklisted, and retaliated against” if she distanced herself too abruptly.

The incident reportedly took place while West was still married to Kardashian, further adding to the controversy. Pisciotta had previously sued West for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, claiming she was dismissed after attempting to quit due to the toxic work environment following the alleged assault. She also stated that she was owed $3 million in severance pay, which she never received.

West’s legal team has fiercely denied the accusations, labeling them as completely baseless. They claim Pisciotta pursued West for personal gain and later blackmailed him when “her advances were rejected.” The attorneys also allege that Pisciotta stole West’s cell phone to destroy evidence contradicting her claims and cited her unprofessional behavior as grounds for her dismissal.

With both sides making serious allegations, the legal battle is far from over. West continues to deny all wrongdoing, while Pisciotta remains firm in her claims.
