Kanye West isn’t slowing down when it comes to real estate moves. Just a month after offloading his controversial Malibu property, the rapper-turned-mogul has already snagged a new, jaw-dropping estate in Beverly Hills’ exclusive Beverly Park North, according to TMZ.

If you recall, Kanye’s Malibu mansion was once envisioned as an apocalyptic bomb shelter, but those plans crumbled. The property sold in late September for $21 million— a staggering $36 million loss from what Ye originally paid. Bo Belmont, CEO of Belwood Investments and the new owner, did not mince words about the condition of the house.

“That was a really dumb move. Really no purpose… He single-handedly destroyed [it],” Belmont remarked about Kanye’s unconventional design decisions. “My goal is to make it as though Kanye was never there. The house will be restored right back to what it was. The city of Malibu doesn’t care who you are—they’ll hold you accountable.”

Despite the Malibu flop, Ye has landed on his feet with an impressive new home. TMZ reports that the 20,000-square-foot estate boasts seven acres of lush land, complete with luxurious amenities: an entertainment pavilion, lap pools with waterfalls, a pool house, a gazebo, and even a paddle tennis court. With 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, the Beverly Hills mansion is fit for a celebrity lifestyle.

West acquired the property in an off-market deal for $35 million under the same LLC he used to sell his Malibu mansion, signaling a quick pivot in his real estate portfolio. This new residence adds Kanye to a list of A-listers who have called the estate home, including Mark Wahlberg, Justin Bieber, Denzel Washington, and Eddie Murphy.

What do you think Kanye West’s next move will be with his new Beverly Hills estate? Will it become another eccentric project or a fresh start for the music icon? Let us know in the comments!
