“Stranger Things” superfans, get ready! The famous Byers family house, seen throughout the first three seasons of Netflix’s smash hit, is now available to rent on Airbnb—and it’s fully decked out in Upside Down vibes.

Located in Fayetteville, Georgia, this spooky home served as the exterior of the Byers residence, housing Winona Ryder, Noah Schnapp, and Charlie Heaton’s characters. And now, it’s more than just a photo op—it’s an immersive stay.

The property, purchased in 2022 by real estate investors, was always destined to be more than a standard rental. The owners gave the house a complete “Stranger Things” makeover, turning it into a fan’s dream come true. The transformation includes everything from the alphabet Christmas lights wall to Jonathan’s bedroom decorated with rock ‘n’ roll flair. Guests will even have access to a D&D game setup, straight out of the series.

The house is owned by the investment platform Arrived, which offers a unique twist for fans: “For as little as $100, you can buy a share of this property,” Arrived revealed, giving fans the opportunity to own a piece of TV history and earn rental income from the home.
