WWE powerhouse Rhea Ripley is renowned for being one of the strongest wrestlers in the ring, but when it comes to her gym etiquette, she prefers a more understated approach. Despite having the strength to make a scene while lifting, it’s just not her style.

During an interview with Jazzy’s World, Ripley revealed her biggest annoyance when working out: people who grunt excessively in the gym to grab attention.

“I’ve definitely said this before because I am such a gym person and I love going to the gym,” Ripley began. “My biggest pet peeve is people at the gym that grunt really loudly to make sure people see them. I’m watching them and I’m like, that weight isn’t even that heavy. Why are you making so much sound for, dude? Like, I could go over there and do that weight and I would not break a sweat, my dude. Like, I know you’re not struggling. You’re just trying to get people’s attention.”

So, if you’re planning on sharing gym space with The Eradicator, remember: keep the noise level down, or face Ripley’s silent judgment.
