Kanye West is facing explosive new allegations from a former employee, Murphy Aficionado, who has filed a lawsuit accusing the rapper and fashion mogul of creating a hostile work environment filled with antisemitic remarks and inappropriate behavior involving his now-wife Bianca Censori. The details, obtained by TMZ, outline shocking claims from Aficionado, who worked as a project manager for Ye.

According to the lawsuit, Aficionado describes a disturbing encounter in November 2022 at a Beverly Hills hotel room. He claims that when he arrived, Kanye was shirtless, out of breath, and had his pants unbuttoned, while Censori was topless, attempting to cover herself. Aficionado alleges it was apparent they had just engaged in sexual activity. During the meeting, Kanye reportedly made antisemitic remarks, referring to Candace Owens’ former lawyer as a “Jewish spy.”

The situation reportedly escalated when Kanye rushed back to where Censori was, telling Aficionado, “Wait right here. Do NOT leave.” Moments later, Aficionado claims he could hear “loud moaning and clapping,” indicating another intimate encounter. Ten minutes later, Kanye re-emerged wearing a shirt with a swastika, reportedly asking, “Don’t you like my shirt?”

The lawsuit also alleges that Kanye showed Aficionado nude photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, during their meeting. Another bizarre incident mentioned in the suit describes a later hotel meeting where Kanye, along with a famous NFL wide receiver, wore only towels as they prepared for massages. Aficionado claims he once again had to endure the uncomfortable sounds of activity from the adjoining room, hearing “clapping and moaning,” implying further sexual conduct involving Kanye and the masseuse. Afterward, the NFL star reportedly entered the room, and Aficionado claims the ordeal continued.

Aficionado, who was terminated in 2023, is suing for discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and failure to pay wages. The lawsuit, filed by attorney William Reed, paints a troubling picture of the work environment under Kanye’s leadership.
