Netflix has officially announced that Cobra Kai will come to an epic conclusion on Wednesday, February 13, 2025.

The highly anticipated release date for the last five episodes of Cobra Kai Season 6 – Part 3 is two days earlier than the previously expected February 15th debut. On February 13th, fans will get to witness the grand finale that wraps up this beloved series once and for all.

The last batch of episodes follows the explosive events of Cobra Kai Season 6 – Part 2, where the Miyagi-do kids faced fierce competition at the Sekai Taikai international karate tournament. Led by Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), the squad encountered a reinvigorated Cobra Kai dojo, now helmed by a vengeful John Kreese (Martin Kove). Kreese managed to lure Tory Nichols (Peyton List) back into Cobra Kai, creating tension that boiled over into chaos.

The tournament’s grand stage turned into a battlefield when Cobra Kai’s captain Kwon (Brandon H. Lee) clashed with Robby LaRusso (Griffin Santopietro) and Miguel Diaz (Xolo Maridueña), resulting in full-scale fights among both kids and their mentors. The stakes reached a heartbreaking peak when Kwon, in a bid to kill Axel (Patrick Luwis), was accidentally killed. The shocking moment played out in front of the martial arts world, leaving a dark cloud over the sport and setting the stage for a high-stakes conclusion in Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 3.

The final episode is fittingly titled “Ex Dgenerate,” a nod to the show’s very first episode, “Ace Degenrate.” This full-circle moment promises to be a poignant and intense send-off for the series that has captured audiences since its premiere in 2018.

As Cobra Kai wraps up, the Karate Kid franchise is far from over. The universe is expanding with the upcoming film Karate Kid: Legends, which aims to connect past and present eras. Ralph Macchio’s iconic Daniel LaRusso will team up with Jackie Chan’s Mr. Han from the 2010 Karate Kid reboot, training a new protégé, played by Ben Wang (known for American Born Chinese). This cinematic crossover will solidify the Karate Kid universe as a multifaceted franchise that continues to captivate old and new generations alike.

Mark your calendars: Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 3 hits Netflix on February 13, 2025.
