Jake Paul just snagged a huge victory over Mike Tyson on Friday night, winning by unanimous decision in a fight that, let’s be honest, had its slow moments. But that didn’t stop Paul from jumping straight into his next mission: calling out Conor McGregor for an MMA fight.

Wasting no time, Jake took to X on Saturday with a pointed challenge. “Dear Conor, I know you told my team you would fight me at 170lbs. That’s never happening. But let’s run it in MMA. No weight class. Just like how it used to be done. But you won’t,” Paul posted, setting social media ablaze.

Jake, aka “The Problem Child,” didn’t hold back as he also shaded McGregor, implying that the UFC star wouldn’t be able to handle the heat. And while this kind of bravado is nothing new for Paul—who’s been calling out McGregor for years—this time, he’s riding high after his win over Tyson and has all the confidence in the world to back up his trash talk.

For his part, McGregor has clapped back a few times, usually brushing Paul off as a “little dweeb of a thing.” But he’s never fully shut down the idea of a fight, leaving the door open just enough for fans to keep hoping for a spectacle. Whether or not this new challenge will lead to the dream Paul-McGregor showdown remains to be seen, but one thing’s clear: Jake is going to milk this victory for all it’s worth.

So, will Conor bite this time, or will he keep playing it cool? Hard to tell, but Jake’s got the spotlight and he’s not letting go anytime soon.
