Pete Davidson’s whirlwind life is making headlines again with reports suggesting that the Saturday Night Live alum has checked into rehab for a second time this year. But just how true are these claims?

According to the US Sun, an insider claimed Davidson recently checked into a rehab center in Florida, flying in on a private jet. “He’s in pretty bad shape this time around. He’s not in a good place,” the source stated, adding that his chenck-in followed the end of a brief fling with The Bachelor alum Maria Georgas, which reportedly lasted just a few months.

Despite these reports, a source close to Davidson insists the story is not accurate. “This is inaccurate,” the insider told Page Six. “He’s not in rehab,” adding that the comedian is currently in New York.

Davidson, known for candidly discussing his mental health struggles, reportedly last checked into rehab in July 2023 for mental health treatment following his split from actress Madelyn Cline. At the time, a friend shared, “Pete regularly goes to rehab for ‘tune ups’ and to take a mental break, so that’s what’s happening.” The King of Staten Island star’s family and friends supported his decision, recognizing the importance of prioritizing his health.

During his Pete Davidson: Rehab Tour in Atlantic City in July, Davidson opened up about his past substance use, saying, “I can’t quit [weed] yet. It’s all I have left.” He added, “I did coke and ketamine and f–king all the pills and all that s–t. All I have is weed left, so it’s almost over, but I’m holding on for a little bit longer.”

With conflicting reports about his current status, fans are left to wonder if Davidson is truly taking another break or if these rumors are just noise.
