A notorious Colombian assassin, Karen Julieth Ojeda Rodriguez—better known as “The Doll”—has been arrested in connection with a series of gangland killings, including the ambush-style murder of her ex-boyfriend. Rodriguez’s arrest follows a months-long investigation into high-profile hits linked to the Los de la M gang, according to reports from Libertad Digital.

Authorities say “The Doll” orchestrated the brutal July 23 murder of her ex-boyfriend, Deyvy Jesus. Investigators allege Rodriguez lured Deyvy into a trap under the guise of resolving a money dispute. Instead, two gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire in a drive-by shooting, leaving him dead. Law enforcement believes Rodriguez herself ordered the hit.

Rodriguez wasn’t apprehended alone—she was taken into custody alongside Paula Valentina Joya Rueda, infamously known as “Gorda Sicaria” (Spanish for “The Fat Hitwoman”), and another alleged accomplice, identified only as “Leopoldo.”

During the arrest, police confiscated a revolver and a 9-millimeter pistol, which are now under investigation to determine if they were used in the gang-related killings tied to “The Doll” and her crew.

Rodriguez’s arrest marks a major step in unraveling the violent operations of the Los de la M gang. While officials have not yet announced the formal charges against her and her accomplices, their alleged involvement in multiple murders has sparked national headlines.
