Demi Moore is offering a touching update on Bruce Willis as he continues his journey with frontotemporal dementia, more than a year after his diagnosis was made public. During a recent interview with CNN, Moore expressed gratitude for Bruce’s current condition, sharing, “He’s in a very stable place at the moment.”

The actress emphasized the importance of meeting Bruce where he’s at in his journey, saying, “It’s so important for anybody who’s dealing with this to really meet them where they’re at, and from that place, there is such loving and joy.”

While Demi’s words were hopeful, she didn’t shy away from the emotional toll the diagnosis has had on Bruce’s blended family, which includes their three daughters—Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah—and his two younger daughters with his second wife, Emma Heming Willis. Emma has taken on the role of Bruce’s primary caregiver.

Reflecting on the bittersweet nature of the experience, Demi admitted, “It’s been very difficult. It’s not what I would wish upon anyone.” Still, she highlighted the unexpected gifts that come with such challenges, adding, “There is great loss, but there is also great beauty and gifts that can come from it.”
