Diddy is in the middle of multiple sexual assault lawsuits, but now one accuser’s identity has been revealed in a significant court development.

Anna Kane, the ex-wife of NHL player Evander Kane, is stepping into the spotlight after being ordered to disclose her name to continue pursuing her case.

Anna claims a horrifying series of events unfolded in 2003 when she was just 17 years old and still in high school. Through her attorney Doug Wigdor, Anna shared her determination to proceed despite the intimidation she says she’s faced. “I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager. Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me.”

According to her lawsuit via TMZ, Anna met Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre in the Detroit area, where he allegedly called her “hot,” mentioned Diddy’s name, and invited her to join him on a private jet to meet the music mogul in New York. Anna, who was in 11th grade at the time, says she accepted the invitation, leading to a series of traumatic events.

Anna alleges that she met Diddy in a recording studio in New York, where she was given drugs and alcohol. She claims that Diddy took her into a bathroom and assaulted her, forcing himself on her without her consent as she was bent over a sink. Her lawsuit includes photos from the alleged meeting, with Anna identifying herself as the girl whose face is blurred.

Diddy has denied the allegations against him as legal battles continue to mount.
