Michael B. Jordan had an unexpected and unwelcome guest at his Los Angeles home this week.

According to TMZ, sources close to law enforcement said that the incident unfolded Wednesday afternoon when Jordan was at home. A man was spotted loitering in the front yard of the “Creed” star’s property, prompting immediate action from Jordan’s security team.

Security personnel confronted the man, who bizarrely claimed he was working as part of Jordan’s security detail—a statement that was quickly debunked. They swiftly escorted the individual off the property and contacted the LAPD for assistance.

When police arrived, they spoke with the intruder, who repeated his fabricated claim of being part of Jordan’s security team. Despite the unsettling nature of the encounter, Jordan’s security initially decided to let the man go after officers gathered his information.

As the situation calmed, Jordan himself left the premises, avoiding any direct interaction with the trespasser. However, shortly after the man’s release, the security team reconsidered and opted to press charges. The LAPD has since filed a trespassing report and has all the suspect’s details for further investigation.

Law enforcement officials noted that this appears to be an isolated incident, with no prior history of the suspect targeting Jordan’s home. Detectives are now reviewing the case and will determine if charges will be pursued by prosecutors.

The good news? Michael B. Jordan and his team acted quickly and effectively to de-escalate the situation.
